The house did eventually sell on March 7, 1800 to another Henry Livingston! Colonel Henry Alexander Livingston, the son of Henry's brother Rev. John Henry Livingston bought his grandfather's property and the old house was home again to another generation of Livingstons. Henry A. married twice - first to Elizabeth Beekman, and then to Frederika Charlotte Ulrica Sayers. Between his two wives, Henry had 18 children! Those old walls were really rocking.

Frederika and her two unmarried daughters lived in the house until Frederika's death in 1870.
