CONGRESS OF ROUGH RIDERS,
Zack Mulhall Will Have Show at the World's Fair

The Galveston Daily News, 13 Mar 1904

SPECIAL TO THE NEWS
Fort Worth, Tex., March 11.-
Col. Zack Mulhall, who lives at the place in Oklahoma by that name but who spends a great deal of his time all over the country as general live stock agent of the Frisco system, said today that he had about completed arrangements whereby he would give, during the World's Fair at St. Louis, the greatest wild west show the country has ever seen. He has arranged for the ground, and will have a congress of rough riders, wild west performers, includes tribes of Indians, which will be headed by his daughter, Lucille Mulhall. "We have contracted for forty-two tribes of Indians and about twenty cowboys, among the number being John Gardner, Clay McGonigle, Rollie Conley, who holds the world's record;; Jim Hopkins and others, at the head of which will be my daughter Lucille," he said yesterday. "I have arranged a special day for President Roosevelt, and he has assured me that he will be on hand. I have not decided what will be done with the sow after the exposition closes, but iut is probable that it will be handled, but not by myself, as it takes all of my time to look after the live stock business of the Frisco.
