Yore pore ol pardner has gone an got hisself all fixed up. I hav unrolled my soogans here in the wickyups uv learnin for three snos to come. An i wunder which way is the wagun now. Yeh, fella, yued trade thu ranch for my unyform, yu damned fule an id swap thu unyform fer a bronc cack an thu schoolin for about forty feet uv good maggy rope .... so there ye air but where air ye? There is a lot uv prime fillies here but they aint nosin' yer pardner. There is too many roached Morgan ponies here with fraterniti pins for them to notise a pore broken down cow hawse. A fraterniti pin, Mohave, is jus like an ear mark to show yore corraled. I guess Ill be loboin here all rite, i wunder if yu cud tell me where tha wagin is camped. I aint a ridin fer it rite now being still tide up with that C U outfit but it wont be long till I tries to get a job with tha W I L D bunch, an id sorta like to knoe if there wagin will be where I hurd it wuz, ur if they have moved camp will there be a sign to tell a fella which way to ride? When I come a-ridin I wont be no rep hand but just a pore lone waddie trying to get along .... its all rite Mojave ill jest play what ive got in frunt of me an when those ar gone wy I gess thatll be all an I dont think itll tak a grate wile to give thes bak to them, hits a hard game to beet an ive seen peepul whove got panes in there nees from sittin around a poker tabel so I hav made a littul prayer to tha gods uv tha hills that before too many snos goes off the peeks ill cum aridin which is about all that kin be sed this mawning
