Paul's Dry Sauteed
String Beans

1	lb	string beans
1	dash	salt
2	tablespoons	minced spicy turnip tinsin turnip for salt
1	tablespoon	sherry
2	cloves	minced garlic
1	teaspoon	hot sauce
1	dash	MSG
1/3	lb	ground pork
2	.	scallions, chopped
.	.	oil

Brown pork. Deep fry string beans for about 2 min, or until they blister.

Heat a bit of oil, add chopped scallions, turnip, garlic, pork, sherry, hot sauce and stir.

Add beans and dash salt (no soy sauce).

Stir fry for one minute.
