Saute chopped onion in olive oil in large saucepan until soft and sweet, maybe 20 minutes or more.
Microwave bacon and cut into small pieces.
Add shredded cabbage to onions, sprinkle on caraway seeds, basalmic vinegar,
suprema, salt and pepper. Toss bacon on top.
Cover and saute for half an hour, or until soft, stirring occasionally.
Microwave turkey sausage for 8 minutes, then drain grease and chop into chunks. Optionally wash.
When cabbage done, salt and pepper to taste, then lay on plate and top with cut-up turkey sausage.
