Paul's Mother's Spaetzle

2.eggs
1/2cupflour
1/4teaspoonsalt
1tablespoonwater

Beat eggs with salt. Add flour, mixing until no lumps. Add water. Mix well.

Into boiling soup, pour slowly from tip of spoon.

Take out with slotted spoon after minute or two.

Serves 3.

Great under Beef Stroganoff.
