Lyn's Fish with Ginger Sauce


2.scallions
1/3cupsoy sauce
1/3cupchicken or veg broth
1/3cupwater
1/2teaspoonsugar
1teaspooncornstarch
1teaspoonwater
2tablespoonscorn oil
3tablespoonsginger, finely chopped
1lbfirm fish (mahi mahi, swordfish, tuna, etc.)
1.lemon
..salt
..pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Chop white part of scallions, cut green part julienne for garnish. Mix soy sauce, broth, water and sugar. Mix corn starch with water and add with scallions and ginger. Bring to boil to thicken and reduce. Keep sauce warm.

Season fish with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Rub with oil and place in roasting pan. Roast for 15-20 min. Pour on sauce and garnish.
