3 1/2 | cups | graham crackers (16 3/4 oz pkg) |
3 1/2 | cups | finely chopped pecans (1 lb) |
1/4 | cup | semisweet chocolate bits, melted |
1/2 | cup | light or dark corn syrup |
1/4 | cup | whiskey |
Put crumbs and nuts in a bowl, stir in other ingredients. Mix well with
spoon or hands.
Take up rounded teaspoons of mixture and roll between palms of hands coated with powdered sugar. Shake a few at a time in a bag with powdered sugar until coated on all sides. Store in tight container at least 24 hours. Makes about 60. |
