|3 1/2||cups||graham crackers (16 3/4 oz pkg)|
|3 1/2||cups||finely chopped pecans (1 lb)|
|1/4||cup||semisweet chocolate bits, melted|
|1/2||cup||light or dark corn syrup|
Put crumbs and nuts in a bowl, stir in other ingredients. Mix well with
spoon or hands.
Take up rounded teaspoons of mixture and roll between palms of hands coated with powdered sugar. Shake a few at a time in a bag with powdered sugar until coated on all sides.
Store in tight container at least 24 hours.
Makes about 60.
