Carmel Custard Cup

1tablespoonbrown sugar
2.eggs, slightly beaten
1cuppet evaporated skimmed milk
2/3cupwater
1/3cupsugar
1 1/2teaspoonvanilla
fewgrainssalt

Preset oven to 350 degrees.

Mix in a 1 quart bowl the eggs, slightly beaten, the pet, water, sugar, vanilla and salt.

Pour carefully over brown sugar. Set cups in a shallow pan holding 1 inch of hot water. Bake 50 minutes, or until knife inserted near edge of custard comes out clean.

Cool. Loose edges with knife. Unmold.
