Mary's Eggnog
Raw eggs no longer considered safe!


1.egg yolk
1tablespoonsugar
1/4cupcream
1/8-1/4cuprum (optional)
1/4teaspoonvanilla (if no rum)
fewgrainssalt
1.egg white

Blend egg yolk until light. Beat sugar in slowly, then mix in remaining ingredients.

Whip egg white until stiff. Fold carefully into mixture. Dust top with nutmeg.

Are there any safe eggs to use raw anywhere?
