St. Louis, Mo., Sept.-
Mulhall, of Mulhall, Ok., who was then general live stock agent of the St. Louis and San Francisco railroad, shot and injured
Ernest Morgan, 18 years old, the night of June 16 last year. He was convicted in January of assault with intent to kill and his
punishment assessed by the jury at three years in penitentiary.

Judge Foster has overruled the motion in arrest of judgment made some time ago on behalf of "Zach" Mulhall, convicted in January
of shooting Ernest Morgan on the pike at the World's Fair. Chas. Lemp, bondsman for Mulhall, was ordered to bring Mulhall in to
be sentenced.
