Suit of Ernest Morgan against Zach Mulhall, wild west showman and stockman for $20,000 damages because
Morgan was shot during an encounter between Mulhall and another man on the Pike last year resulted yesterday
in a verdict of $5,000 in favor of the plaintiff.
