MULHALL RELEASED
His Bail Fixed at $2,000 - Col. Butler Surety

St. Louis, Mo., June 20.-
Zach Mulhall, livestock agent of the St. Louis & San Francisco Railroad, who shot three men Sunday night on the pike in the World's Fair grounds, is still in jail, awaiting the condition of the wounded. The police refuse to accept fail for his release.

Ernest Morgan, the worst wounded of the three men, is in the emergency hospital at the World's Fair.

John Murray, the cowboy shot by Mulhall, is recovering, and Frank Reid, the attache of the Wild West Show, with whom Mulhall was fighting, has been taken to the City Hospital. No serious outcome of his ionjuries is expected.

Mulhall was later released in $2,000 bond. Col. Ed Butler was his surety. This caused some surprise as it had been decided to hold Mulhall pending the outcome of the wounded man.
