Notice
State of Oklahoma to Frank P. Fox:

You are hereby notified that you have been sued as Defendant, in an action now pending in the District Court of Logan County, State of Oklahoma, wherein Joseph Wyant, Floyd H. Wyant, Lucille Van Bergen, George H. Chapman, Georgia Mulhall, Zack Mulhall, Mary A. Mulhall, W. H. Matthews, Martha J. Morrison and H W. Pentecost are Plaintiffs and Frank P. Fox, Defendant, and that you must answer the petition of said Plaintiffs, filed in said Court in said action on or before th 15th day of May, 1918, or said petition will be taken as true, and judgment rendered against you for damages due the Plaintiffs for the breach of a certain contract entered into between the Plaintiffs and the Defendant, the 30th day of June, 1917, in the sum of $2080. and to have certain oil and gas leases made and executed by the Plaintiffs to Defendant and deposited in the Oklahoma State Bank of Mulhall, Oklahoma in escrow, cancelled, set aside and held for naught; and to sustain the garnishment of funds of the Defendant in the Oklahoma State Bank of Mulhall, Oklahoma, and for such other and further relief as is more fully set out in Plaintiff's petition.
