NOTED HORSEWOMAN SUED FOR $50,000

WICHITA FALLS, Tex., March 2.-
Tom L. Burnett, ranch owner and producer of rodeos and roundups, and former wife, Lucille Mulhall Burnett, trick horse rider, a resident of Logan County, Okla., at present, are named defendants in a $50,000 alienation suit filed in the Eighty-ninth District Court by Mrs. Mattie Cobb, former wife of Jake J. Cobb, who acted as the Burnett ranch foreman for a number of years, it was learned Friday.

Complaint is made that Lucille Burnett, while living with Burnett, was responsible for alienating the love and devotion of Cobb toward Mrs. Cobb. Mrs. Cobb obtained a divorce from her husband in December, 1922, alleging cruelty. She stated they had been married 25 years and 11 children were born.
