Lucille Mulhall, who gained a world-wide reputation as a horsewoman, steer roper and lariat thrower in many frontier
events, tops a good bill this week at the Oakland Pantages. Miss Mulhall is decided interesting with her masterly
handling of the lariat, and very impressive mounted upon a fine piece of horseflesh. The act is a diminutive
"round up," with bucking broncos, lariat throwers and trick riding. There is a smark parcel of fun by the
showoff and a bucking pony of the hybrid species, both sharing in comedy honors. Lucille, as the "boys" call her,
is the hard working "man" of the bunch and does her work in clever manner.
