To Lucille A. Van Bergen, Defendant.

You are hereby notified that you have been sued in the District Court of Johnson County, Kansas, by Martin G. Van Bergen, plaintiff, and that you must answer the petition of plaintiff filed in said Court on or before May 7th, 1914. Said petition charges you with extreme cruelty and adultery. Unless you answer said petition within said time judgment will be rendered against you as prayed for in said petition granting to said plaintiff a divorce and annulment of marriage contract on the above ground, granting to said plaintiff care and custy of minbor child, William Logan Van Bergen; barring you from intering with plaintiff in his custody of sasid child and for such other relief as shall be proper under the proof in said suit.
