Just before Christmas Logan Mulhall, son of Zack Mulhall, well known here, was taken through the city on his way home at Mulhall. Logan had been away attending school and was taken sick [diptheria] and afterward conveyed home. When his death occurred his father was in Kansas City on business. As soon as he received the news the Santa Fe brought Mr. Mulhall here on the freight, yesterday, running it through on passenger time. Here, a special was made up and he was taken to Mulhall in the afternoon.
