$20,000 civil suit against Zack Mulhall

Suit for $20,000 damages was filed this week in the St. Louis circuit court by Ernest Morgan against Zack Mulhall, formerly general live stock agent fo the Frisco railroad. The petition alleges that Morgan was shot and seriously wounded by Mulhall during a disturbance at a wild west show on the Pike at the world's fair and that he was permanently injured. Mulhall was recently convicted and sentenced to the penitentiary for three years, but is out on bond pending the result of an appeal.
