Pupil of:   Henri Gervex and d'Albert Maignan

F. Lequesne is a son of the eminent Parisian sculptor Eugene Louis Lequesne, and received his first instruction in art from his father. "The Two Pearls" is one of a number of striking pictures which have attracted attention to him in different Salon exhibitions.
