Name:  SPUR Lisp

Standard:  Common Lisp subset

Comments:   Garbage collection via generation garbage collection with hardware support.

Version:   V1.0, free. Sequential Common Lisp currently runs on a simulator for the
    SPUR multiprocessor. Actual hardware for SPUR is expected later this year.
    SPUR Lisp on actual hardware is expected sometime next year. Availability of
    SPUR Lisp will depend on availability of SPUR hardware.

Support:   none, sources available

Hardware:   SPUR (an experimental multiprocessor being designed at Berkeley)

Software:   SPRITE and Unix (SPRITE is a Unix-like distributed operating system
    available on Suns and SPUR)
